Acquisition Integration

We’ve completed over 50 propane company acquisition integrations and counting. It’s hard to find a company as unique as ours, where we’re not selling an ERP or CRM solution as part of our services. We are strictly here as a neutral party, with the goal of helping you to get from point A to point B. We will bring the new brand in under the desired infrastructure, systems, and online environments. Systems & Data Integration

We have experience with various propane systems, old and new. The one thing that stays consistent with these systems integrations is getting the data right. For example, two propane companies can use the same acronym for an asset but can have entirely different meanings. Our job is to understand the difference and map out the data fields in a manner that is 100% accurate and that makes sense. We will work with your employees to make sure we get it right.

We can implement a new office phone solution onsite or in the cloud. Technology has advanced so far with this that you can now create a CSR environment completely online with web desktops. This has worked beautifully during COVID lockdowns. Additionally, let us review the telecommunications infrastructure and find opportunities for optimization and savings. There’s always opportunity to eliminate waste with telcos, usually with an abundance of inventory or features, or unwanted cell phones that are in a drawer at a site. Savings can add up quickly.

Mobile Technology

We’ve learned that having a mobile device for your drivers doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll be more productive. The proper planning and research has to be completed before making a decision to move forward with mobile devices.  We can help you get to the point of making a decision.  If you’ve already made the decision, we can help with the implementation.
