One tool that we have developed is a Readiness Factor worksheet that can be used at Due Diligence to determine the integration readiness of a potential acquisition. This document will help determine the integration effort, timeline, and estimated costs. It’s a great tool for those companies looking to migrate customer data into back-office systems.
We begin the integration process by creating an AI Workflow for your company. This workflow outlines the entire onboarding process from “acquisition commitment” to close and ultimately to “golive” on the new systems. The graphic to the right is an example of an AI Workflow:
Next, we sit down with all stakeholders to outline expectations and create a project plan. This plan is then used throughout the project and progress reports are generated. We do use Smartsheet for our projects because of the online collaboration and communications.
Once the project is complete, our final deliverable to you is an “Acquisition Factory” document that outlines your proprietary acquisition integration process.
